WE'RE ON A MISSION to foster and inspire a community of Christ Followers centered around creativity, innovation and intentional living. While also empowering GEN. Z to discover their creative callings for the edification of the Church of Christ.

OUR VISION is to see Grand Rapids transformed by the next generation of creative problem solvers in whatever vocational capacity they are called to step into.

WE VALUE Biblical Theology & a Christian Ethical Perspective, Challenging the Status Quo, Embracing Vulnerability through Storytelling and the Development of leaders who embody a lifestyle of following Christ.

Creativity is simply new ways of doing things.

Far too long has creativity been left outside the walls of the Church and we hope to see that change.

Who is this conference for?

Songwriters, Authors, Speakers, Teachers, Media Guru’s and really anyone who is desiring to grow in a community of creativity & innovation.

Creative, this is your commission:

Go back into the world, for the sake of the Church - to create, bless and shine the light of Christ.

What's this all about?

The Creative Process:

Observation: We are called to observe the world around us, witness the need and be compelled to do something about it.

Ideation: Come up with solutions in the context of community in attempts to solve the problem.

Innovation: Improve upon our ideas, make critical changes and learn from our mistakes as we go.

The Formation Process:

Observation: We observe that we are fallen and in a great Spiritual need.

Salvation: God provided the ultimate solution to our great need. (Romans 12:1)

Sanctification: We are called to follow Christ and be formed into his likeness. (Romans 12:2)

Our goal is to help people recognize God's creativity in all things, from forming the world, saving humanity by sending his Son, granting the Comforter to help build the church, and the promise of new creation upon the return of Christ. In this way, the creative process is very similar to the process of Spiritual Formation. We believe that God calls us to live into both of these, so that the light of Jesus might shine over the dark corners of the earth.

Creativity is a part of that call, and so often art and other creative works speak across language and culture. We believe that in this season with all it's threats of AI and overconsumption, that the Church can stand apart from the culture and reclaim the light it was called to shine.
